State of California's Eligible Training Provider Shin Shin is eligible to receive Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) through WIA (Workforce Investment Act) Title I-B funds. If you are out of work, need job training, or need to brush up on your skills, the WIA program may provide you a funding for vocational training through your local career center. Shin Shin has worked with local career centers as an Eligible Training Provider for many years and has a lot of experience to help you apply for the funding as well as your EDD unemployment insurance extension.
